Payment Plans

*The 12-month payment plan begins on June 1, and runs through May 1.

*Not available to Opportunity Scholarship recipients.

The 10-month payment plan begins on August 1, and runs through May 1.

The bi-annual payment plan consists of two payments due on August 1 and January 1.

*A 5% discount is offered on annual payments paid in full by August 10.

*A paid in full discount is not available for Opportunity Scholarship or ESA+ recipients.



 Tuition is due the first of each month. A $25 late fee will be charged if the tuition is not received by the tenth of the month. To avoid late fees, arrangements must be made through the financial office prior to the due date.

Report cards and transcripts will not be released if your account is not current.

Final grades, transcripts, and diplomas will not be released if there is an outstanding balance. Students whose accounts are 60 days past due may not be allowed to attend classes until their account is made current or mutually agreeable arrangements are made with the administration.

Re-enrollment is NOT offered to students whose financial obligations for the current school year are past due.

First Responder/ Frontline Worker Discount

In support of our first responders and frontline workers, Southview Christian School is offering a tuition discount to recognize their sacrifices and contributions. These would include law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical services (EMS) personnel, active-duty military personnel, and other essential workers.

Before & After School Care

  • BeforeCare is available for students in the cafeteria from 7:30am – 7:50am, Monday-Friday. There is no fee for Before School Care.
  • AfterCare is offered to all students who are unable to be picked up by 3:00p.m. The After School Care program is from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. If a child is not picked up by 5:30 p.m., a $3.00 per minute late fee will be charged.


AfterCare costs $6 per student per day OR $30 per student per week and is billed monthly.

Withdrawal

Students are enrolled for the entire year; therefore, teacher contracts and budgets are determined based on enrollment. You are responsible for all tuition due to SCS beginning July 1. However, should your student be withdrawn for any reason or be expelled prior to January 1 of the current school year, you are responsible to pay all *fees along with a withdrawal fee of $100, and an adjustment amount on the tuition due as indicated in the table below.

*This includes the balance of all annual fees, unpaid merchandise, lunchroom charges, damaged or lost books, etc.
